This Menu option is used for testing setup of a Contact Us form.

It is also useful in testing out form features.

This article is linked to the Contact Us Form Testing menu item in the Main menu.

Normally the menu item is "unpublished".  When finished testing make sure the menu item is returned to status  of "unplublished".
